At it’s closing event for the 2nd support cycle, Media Motor Europe hosted a pitching and networking event. The event, Mediatech on stage #2, witnessed 21 Mediatech startups graduate from a 6-month mentoring programme, with European expert coaching support. Among those startups pitching for a continent-wide audience was Factiverse.
“More than half of the planet today is online”, explained Factiverse CEO Maria Amelie in her pitch. “The risk of misinformation and fake news is increasing. While in other industries there are other tools for research, journalists still use Google. At Factiverse we have created a tool that helps journalists to do research and avoid mistakes”.
This pitch was the concluding part of an initial partnership between Factiverse and Media Motor Europe. It is available to watch for free here.
