Factiverse Pitches Fight Against Misinformation At Media Motor Europe Event

At itโ€™s closing event for the 2nd support cycle, Media Motor Europe hosted a pitching and networking event. The event, Mediatech on stage #2, witnessed 21 Mediatech startups graduate from a 6-month mentoring programme, with European expert coaching support. Among those startups pitching for a continent-wide audience was Factiverse.


โ€œMore than half of the planet today is onlineโ€, explained Factiverse CEO Maria Amelie in her pitch. โ€œThe risk of misinformation and fake news is increasing. While in other industries there are other tools for research, journalists still use Google. At Factiverse we have created a tool that helps journalists to do research and avoid mistakesโ€.
